The Rally To Restore Sanity – Jon Stewart

“The million moderate march! We are here, we are only here though until 6 because we have a sitter…” – Jon Stewart

I LOOOOOOOVE me some John Stewart! I love the way that he can take an important issue and distill the rhetoric down to it’s ridiculousness.

The point of his rally really resonates with me. His statement about 70%-80%  of America being normal, rational humans with lives and busy schedules and stuff going on leaving the KRAZY 20%-30% of the Country to run shit….. Well, that point just kinda speaks to me… “Crazy gets on television but normal has to make dinner”.

Do you want to attend the rally on 10/30? Do you want to attend one of the satellite rallies? Visit www.rallytorestoresanity.com for more info. As one of the most recent tweets said “Many reasonable questions being asked. With that in mind, there are a reasonable amount of answers coming soon. Stay tuned.”

Some of the suggested sign slogans for the rally are:

  • I have an assault riffle but don’t think it’s appropriate to bring it to a rally…
  • I’m not crazy about payin taxes but I like sewers…
  • I disagree with you, but I’m pretty sure you’re not Hitler…
  • Got competence?
  • 9/11 was an outside job..
  • Legalize pot…
  • I’m not afraid of Muslims/Tea Partiers/Socialists/Immigrants/Gun Owners/Gays… But I am kinda scared of spiders…

Are you making your own sign? I want to know all about it! Please leave your slogan in the comments!

If you’re not making a sign but have great slogan ideas please share those in the comments as well!
